I am so excited about this post, guys. My dear friend (and engagement/wedding photographer) Michelle agreed to take some pictures of me for Blonde and Ambitious and she never fails to disappoint. Check out her page and book her for your next event.
This post is all about my newest addition to my closet: The floral dress. And guys…lemme tell you…I would wear it every single day. I’m not even joking. I actually hesitated posting pictures of this shoot on instagram because I literally just posted two pictures in this dress last week. Sigh. The struggle. But seriously. You need this dress in your life. Here’s why. Continue reading
Hello ladies! I decided to start off this Monday with something I’ve been sitting on for a while. What items should you splurge on and what items can you save on? That is the million dollar question. Who has the time and money to spend on discovering this out for themselves? Lucky for you, I did the research for you and I have the answers your looking for!
I have put together a list of items for “splurging” and a list of items for “saving”. I am all for the phrase “quality over quantity” and really think that if you have a few key splurge pieces, then you can get trendy save pieces each season and your closet will be classic and well suited to your style all year round! Ready to dive into this? Okay. Continue reading
Today, I am going to show you guys exactly how I packed for my honeymoon to the Carribbean. Adam and I took a cruise with Carnival Cruise Lines and sailed on their Fantasy boat. It was a dream. I wanted to show you guys what I packed and how I styled it. Let’s do this.
Remember those beautiful bracelets I posted on instagram yesterday? ( if not, check them out here and then come right back and finish reading)
Back already? Perfect. These are my latest obsessions (don’t check my shopping cart because its embarrassingly full…), so let me introduce you. They are sold at the sweetest british boutique, Boho Betty. Full disclosure: I haven’t always been a bracelet girl, and I’m still not a bangle girl (I don’t like the jingly sounds they make). But a few years ago, I discovered chunky watches and stacked leather bracelets and how they tie an entire outfit together. Because these bracelets are leather, they don’t make any annoying sounds but still have PLENTY of bling (I didn’t even need to hear anything else before I decided I was IN).
Happy Tuesday, All! I hope you enjoyed Hayley’s post yesterday. She really is such a gem. I can’t wait for her to do some more posts for Blonde and Ambitious!!
Today, I am showcasing an outfit from Details Boutique. It is absolutely one that I will be adding to my closet. When I was collaborating with Michelle from Details, we tried to pick out outfits that were going to be easily accessible to you, and can be worn by just about anyone. I have a widely ranged audience of readers, and I want to show you things that all of you will be able to recreate and wear yourselves!!
With that being said, I am excited to show you this outfit! It is a new favorite of mine and can be personalized and embellished to fit your personality. Continue reading
Hello, my lovely readers! Today’s outfit of the week choice is perfect for date night. It is fun, flirty and feminine. It is perfect for transitioning into the month of pinks and reds and love (and fingers crossed…spring!)
Idaho is SO SNOWY this time of year. And freezing. So this was a little on the chilly side without a jacket (but I just really wanted to show it to you guys…especially since a lot of you don’t live in places that regularly reach about-40 on a daily basis). I actually wore this skirt in my engagement pictures so I love it even more, obviously. Continue reading
First and foremost: I need to give a shoutout to two of my best friends, Jordan and Brooke, for standing outside with me and taking my picture and dressing up in outfits in the freezing cold and generally being two of the most perfect people in the entire world. Now that that is out of the way…
Ankle boots are like a hidden gem of the fashion world. Everyone knows about them. Everyone probably even owns a pair. But learning how to style them is a different matter. I had the most adorable pair of booties sitting in my closet for a solid year and I only wore them one way. Ripped jeans, oversized sweater…thats it. I mean it was TOTALLY cute. It really really was. But lemme tell you, that got old, fast. I got tired of wearing them like that so then I just stopped wearing them. Continue reading
